PFP Property Management, LLC, also known as PFP Properties, was founded in 2011. Our mission is to help build strong neighborhoods by acquiring, constructing, and managing real estate in our own local community.
For over 20 years we have invested in local real estate through commercial and residential rentals, commercial and residential development, and the construction and sale of new homes. However, we invest in more than real estate. We invest in our community. All of our real estate investments are made locally where we live and grew up. If you are looking for a house or apartment to rent, we may have something available for you. Our expertise is in the greater Ambler, Lower Gwynedd, Whitpain, Upper Dublin, Blue Bell, and Horsham Areas. We have experience building all price ranges of homes from $450,000 homes in Ambler borough, to $900,000 single family suburban homes, to $2+ million custom homes. We handle the site work, construction and everything in between.

Pete Jr.’s background in business management and administration along with his experience investing in real estate for 20 years combined with Pete Sr.’s construction and property management expertise makes PFP Properties a formidable business partnership.
PARTNER
Pete Penna Jr.
Pete Jr. is responsible for the daily business operations, business development, marketing, and finance of the company. An Upper Dublin High School graduate as well, Pete Jr. also attended Albright College where he played collegiate baseball, and received a degree in marketing/computer science. Post graduation, Pete enrolled in Desales University and earned a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.

Pete Penna Sr.
Our construction management and general contracting is led by Pete Sr. who has been renovating and building homes for over 30 years. Pete Sr. was born and raised in Ambler and continues to reside in the home he grew up in. He graduated from Upper Dublin High School and started a family immediately. Shortly afterwards he began renovating homes, finishing basements, building new homes, and flipping homes. His reputation for being a “jack of all trades” also helps us manage our properties efficiently and enables us to respond immediately to any maintenance issues or emergencies.
