In a short 18 months, Fairland Village is almost fully developed. All 23 townhomes offered for sale and built buy WB Homes have been sold. The final set of homes finished their foundations this week and continue to be built with a Spring delivery date scheduled. The commercial building is complete with tenants operating and final fit outs underway. Currently in our building, we have Waibel Dentistry, Catanzaro Insurance/Oak Stone Advisors, PFP Properties, Gordon Orthodontics, Kyung Hee Acupuncture on the 2nd floor. We have Danny’s Barber Shop and George Waldron Salon on the first floor. We are under construction on our anchor store (suite 101) which will be an Italian Market/Deli with prepared foods, catering, etc.! The name and concept will be revealed in the coming months!
